Buyer’s Responsibilities: Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming. *Important! Your puppy will need additional booster vaccines around 12 and 16 weeks of age. It is imperative that these vaccinations are given by a veterinarian and recorded by receipt and/or veterinary record or this guarantee will be voided. Puppy must be paid in full by eight weeks of age or all monies paid and all claims to the puppy will be forfeited. Due to the varying kinds of dog food on the market and the different environmental conditions each puppy/dog is exposed to, the buyer agrees to give the puppy/dog NuVet Plus Daily vitamins (one wafer daily) for the duration of the health guarantee. Failure to do so makes the one year health guarantee null and void. To order, you can click on the link on the home page of our website, at www.nuvet.com/86156 or you can call 1-800-474-7044 and use the order code #86156 All deposits are nonrefundable. Health Guarantee: This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, “loose” hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils.) All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and wormings due. This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows: Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy. No refund, in part or in full, will be given. A returned puppy must be retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without seller’s permission. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. The parentage/pedigree is correct to the best of the Seller’s knowledge. The Buyer agrees not to hold Seller responsible in any manner in the unlikely event that a problem mightrise from the puppy’s parentage/pedigree. This contract is null and void if all the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. Buyer understands that if he/she is no longer able to care for or no longer wants the puppy/dog, the seller will take the puppy/dog back. Shipping: Puppy will be shipped between eight and ten weeks of age. Most will be shipped at eight weeks old, but some need a little more time and will be shipped later. Seller will not be held responsible for delay of shipment due to extreme weather conditions. If the puppy must be held by Seller past the puppy’s 9 week birthday due to circumstances caused by Buyer, then Buyer agrees to pay a boarding fee of $5.00 for each night. Boarding fee must be paid in full before the registration papers will be transferred to Buyer. Seller is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused after puppy is in the hands of the Airlines and a replacement puppy will not apply for these incidents. Payment: Payment is due in full by the puppy’s 6 week birthday or 2 weeks prior to shipment, unless other arrangements have been made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Failure to pay by the date stated in this contract will result in the loss of Buyer’s deposit and Buyer will forfeit all rights to said puppy.
